If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to providing a straightforward and efficient resolution. Our return policy is designed to give you confidence when shopping with us by offering a 30-day return and refund period on most products.
General Return Policy
General Merchandise
All products, excluding body armor, may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Returned items must be in new or like-new condition and include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
Body Armor
Due to the critical safety function and sensitive nature of body armor, additional return restrictions apply.
Return requests for body armor must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Ceramic body armor and other armor constructed with ceramic or similar strike-face materials are non-returnable. Because these materials may sustain internal damage that is not externally visible after delivery, we cannot safely restock or resell these products.
Eligible body armor returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in original, unused condition to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, Down Range Industries will cover the cost of return shipping at no additional charge.
All Other Returns
For returns that are not the result of a product defect—including incorrect sizing, ordering errors, or changes of mind—the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, returned items must:
Be in new or like-new condition
Include the original packaging, documentation, and all accessories
Be free from damage caused by misuse, alteration, or neglect
Include all original components and parts
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, provided the return meets our eligibility requirements.

Product Use and Assumption of Risk
Many products sold by Down Range Industries are intended for defensive, tactical, or professional use and should only be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and manufacturer instructions.

Body armor is bullet-resistant, not bulletproof.
No body armor or protective equipment can guarantee complete protection against injury or death.
Protective equipment may fail under certain conditions, including but not limited to ammunition type, impact location, multiple impacts, improper fit, misuse, abuse, age, or damage.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the ownership, possession, storage, and use of any products purchased from Down Range Industries.
Spall Pad Covers
Spall pad covers are designed to help reduce fragmentation (spall) resulting from projectile impacts. They are not intended to eliminate all fragmentation, nor do they guarantee protection from injury.
Use of these products carries inherent risks. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the proper use, misuse, maintenance, and inspection of spall mitigation products.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are governed by our published Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, products sold by Down Range Industries are provided without any additional warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer, if applicable.
